1.What's the difference between knitted fabrics and woven fabrics?
* There are obvious differences in the manufacturing process. As shown in the picture, knitted fabrics are formed by porous coils, with good air permeability, uniform extension in all directions, good elasticity, and a soft hand feel.
* Woven fabrics: there is little relationship between weft extension and shrinkage, no conversion, and the extensibility is relatively poor. This fabric is generally dense and hard, not as soft as knitted.
So we developed this knitted fabric to make shirts based on woven shirt's craft, and it has more advantages than woven shirts, more stretch, more friendly skin, more breathability.

3.What material is our knit jersey fabric?
Our fabric is made of 92% cotton and 8% spandex, double mercerizing treatment, which makes the performance of knitted fabrics incredibly good. It can reduce shrinkage, pilling, and fading, and improve durability and hand feel. The finished fabric is very easy to care for, so it can maintain softness and strength even when washing. The open structure of jersey fabric creates a natural comfort but also brings air permeability and air permeability.
